Tampa Bay cemented a losing record for the 13 game homestand at Steinbrenner Field with a Friday loss to New York, 1-0.

Both starting pitchers did well, but one bad inning sunk Drew Rasmussen’s unbeaten record, despite strike outs accounting for all the outs in that inning and just two hits accounting for the only run of the game.

New York has the most wins in the American League and stays on top of the East with the win.

The Rays host the Yankees in Game 21 of the 2025 season and 12 of a 13 game homestand this afternoon in Tampa.

First pitch against the division rival is 4:10 PM ET on April 19th.
