Thursday, July 17th is the 15th off day of the season for the Tampa Bay baseball club. The M-L-B Draft is also complete and the Rays chose several high school and college players for the future of the team. 7 days off remain for the Rays, and tomorrow the All-Star break concludes with all 30 teams having games scheduled for Friday, July 18th.
