Dr. Todd Bauer started as a math teacher and swim coach at Souderton High School before becoming an assistant high school principal, a high school principal, and now, assistant superintendent where he has served the North Penn community for the last four years.  Dr. Bauer is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and Duke basketball fan.  Most importantly, Dr. Bauer is a family man who loves to spend time with his wife, and their two children, and their dogs Maddy and Duke. The Bauer Family loves to ski and to be active in Pennsylvania and Vermont.  Lastly, Dr. Bauer is the co-host of the podcast TimeForDinner which focuses on issues of equity.
