Ray Young is an entrepreneur and family man who launched his boutique public relations firm during a time of absolute uncertainty. Like many entrepreneurs, he saw a niche that he felt was underserved, ripe for an innovative breakthrough. In this episode we dive more into WHO Ray is rather than what he does. A business is only as strong as the character and integrity of the people operating it. Ray dives into his childhood, early aspirations, college experience (and opinions on how college has changed), and what it was like launching a business in the midst of the financial crisis while having four of his eventual seven kids. He did not have the luxury of living off of savings; he had to use his life’s worth of experience and knowledge to execute his business plan and vision perfectly.
