In what many consider a suspicious and tragic turn ofevents, Charmayne "Maxee" Maxwell, best known as a member of the Grammy-nominated R&B group Brownstone, died at just 46 years old.

Authorities reported that Maxwell fell at her Los Angeles home and fatally injured herself on a broken wine glass, suffering a deep cut to her neck.
