The punchline is do the best you can.

Whatever you try, whether it be splitting the day between you and your partner or adding more play time or screen time than normal, just know there is no perfect answer!

Keep experimenting with new approaches, keep a sense of humour and ask the kids what they would like to try differently. It's a journey and we'd love to hear what you're trying.
