So how do you find your focus before jumping on your next conference call?

There's a whole new set of possible distractions when we shift from face to face to virtual calls. Avoiding them is easier when you've set your intent and mindset for the call.

Try using a couple of focusing questions to help set yourself up for the call:

•What is my role on the call today?

•What am I hoping to achieve?

•How can I deliver maximum value to the other people on the call?

Also try turning off notifications while you're in meetings. Muchos helpful to reduce the chance of getting distracted from your intent.
