•Religiously celebrate successes each week (a weekly email sent at the same time and a conversation over weekly virtual drinks is a great way to do this)

•Welcome every team member to talk about their small wins for the week

•Don't limit the successes to milestones and productivity, have some fun with it! Did you get laundry done? Did you survive home schooling? Did you hit that at home exercise target?
