Seeing your team "in their home" gives you a different perspective on who they are, and for some that means knowing and understanding them on a deeper level. That can be welcomed or not.

Today's tip is to make the most of that opportunity!

It all begins with having the conversation with your team by asking are you OK for us to see inside your home. If the answer is YES, carry on :)

If the answer is 'not really', then consider tactics like virtual backgrounds, turning off the video, going outside or taking walking meetings.
