Today's tip is all about fighting for comms! In other words, keeping up clear communications to ensure you and your boss (or you and your team members) stay on the same page on activities and progress.

If there's one point to remember, it's that communication is a two way street. If a request or instruction isn't clear, just ask for clarification by saying, 'I'm not sure I completely understand. Can we work through that one more time?'
