We think a solid start is to set the meeting up for success:
•Allow a few minutes to let people re-read the 'pre-read' documents - don't assume they've been read!
•Start the meeting with, 'this meeting will be successful if...[add decision to be made here]
•As leaders, be vigilant to the idea that there is often a decision that needs to be made (even if it's not obvious) and that others stall if you don't make a decision
