This week on the news, the boys get into the round of sixteen that is currently underway in the Champions League. After both London teams in the Champions League lost by one goal away from home last week, Liverpool were hoping to have success against the holders Real Madrid. After a bright start, the Reds held five against Madrid and lost the match 5-2. A herculean task is required if they want to advance to the Quarter-finals in three weeks time. Chelsea and Tottenham, though they are needing to overturn first leg defeats in the return leg will have the advantage of playing the second leg at home in two weeks. At time of recording, Manchester City had yet to play. However, at time of posting they were held to a 1-1 draw in Germany. All in all, a tough start to the knockout stages of the UCL for the supposed 'Best League in the World'.
