Lissette Schaeffler is a Cuban born photographer whose work deals with the exploration of identity. Whether documenting or digitally manipulating photographs of family, friends, environments or herself, Lissette’s underlying meaning has always remained consistent.

Lissette received her MFA in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2004. She has exhibited in solo and collective shows nationally and internationally. She is an alumni from ArtCenter/South Florida, where she spent 6 years in their residency program. Lissette lives and works in Miami, Florida
