Hello & welcome to episode 20 of Morning Huddle - Daily Gratitude. 

It’s common for me to move through my day trying to ignore to how I’m feeling (which may be surprising, but it’s true!). I have a deeply ingrained pull towards negativity and depression, so I work extra-hard to keep my thoughts and emotions balanced. Sometimes it annoys me, but when I take a few minutes to adjust my attitude, I realize being hard on myself does nobody any good. I can re-boot and start fresh from the present moment. It’s such a gift!
