Friday 1/17/13 night on The Forbidden Fruit Radio Show, we had a special interview with Martin Luther King III, the eldest son of slain civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. and Mrs. Coretta Scott King. We discussed the then, 85th birthday celebration and 29th national observance of the life of his father, Dr Martin Luther King jr. We also talked about his new children s book, entitled "My Daddy, Martin Luther King Jr". We also asked him his thoughts on the infamous flyer that was circulated promoting a twerking party using his father's image in a distasteful manner. The last part of the show when had intimate conversations with friends that knew Dr. King personally.
