We were lucky enough to snag some time with Dr. Craig Johnson - President of Ridgewater College. Our main goal with this conversation was to really get a behind the scenes / honest look at how education has changed (forced to change) in the last year.

As we all know, large organizations - colleges included - have a more difficult time implementing change at such a rapid pace. But when it came to COVID-19, like the rest of us, they had NO choice. So, how did that really go.... and what have they learned because of it???
