SUCCESS: How do we recognize it?

The surrounding culture of Corinth celebrated wealth, pleasure, and assertiveness. Sports, entertainment, and captivating speakers were favorite pastimes. Social status and rugged individualism were a source of great pride. Material possessions and personal achievements determined an individual's place in society. Perhaps things haven't changed so much over the past 2,000 years.
