Adam Uytman is the Development Director in the International team at Acast, but his radio career began at community station Heartland FM in Pitlochry before taking him to Beat 106 (now Capital Scotland), Kerrang!, Xfm, BBC Radio 2 - where he produced Steve Wright in the Afternoon - BBC 6Music, BBC Radio 1 and production company Listen. He tells Mark and Jenny what he's learnt about radio production in his varied career, what skills every producer should possess and what he thinks radio might sound like in the future.
