In light of the recent shooting in Kenosha, WI I am re-releasing an interview with Michael Bell Sr. He lost his son to the same PD and was unhappy with the investigation. Because of his efforts, the Kenosha PD, the state of Wisconsin and many other states across the nation no longer allow their investigations to be run internally.
