Smartphones and other mobile devices are playing such a big role in our day-to-day life. Five to ten years ago, nobody would have thought that mobile devices will be used to this extent. They allow us to communicate, organize our schedule, relax or learn new things like a new language.

In the second episode of the Bitesize Irish Gaelic podcast, Eoin has a friendly discussion with Terry Simmons who learned Irish with the help of mobile apps. Terry created a comprehensive list of iPhone and Android apps for learning Ireland’s beautiful native language but also travelling & children apps designed for people who want to speak Irish.
