On this episode of the Another Way To See It podcast, we talk about how easy it is to construct narratives for our lives that can keep us small, suffering, or disengaged with life. Building an honest context for your life, for the challenges, for the losses, for the ways you approach relationships, work, etc. is so important and, requires other bodies. We don't heal alone, and we don't heal for ourselves. We do the work of healing to be able to help other beings. "Rising tides lift all ships". Sometimes the building of honest context is painful, sometimes it’s as simple as reorienting or re-storying your life, opening the aperture, seeing a bigger picture and your place in it.
