Re-tired Ep 031: Regret

Listen Later

It's bold living by the motto 'No Regrets'. Tina and Sue have embraced 'Live and Learn' as their way of confronting regret. We all make mistakes, both big and small. Regret provides the opportunity to process feelings of sorrow, disappointment, and remorse so that personal growth can occur. The power of a growth mindset in dealing with regret helps us avoid making the same mistakes over and over.
