With over 10 years experience in the events industry in Trinidad & Tobago, Karrilee has made a natural progression into the DJ scene in 2023. Through hosting major electronic acts like Skrillex, Major Lazer, Martin Garrix and others from 2013-2017, Karrilee then started dabbling in A&R by pairing local artists with foreign electronic producers. During this time she also hosted several music conferences to help develop the local music industry with regards to Music Distribution, Licensing, Syncs etc. In 2017 she co-founded the most influential and long standing electronic brand in Trinidad, SOTU Nights. Fast forward to 2022 she then co-founded another brand called Mixx Tings to help build the electronic market. The Mixx Tings concept hosts two stages where patrons can free flow between the mainstage (Soca, Dancehall, Hip Hop etc) and the Electronic stage.
