Today our guest is Karen Webb Moss who is currently Chair of British Swimming. Karen has had an amazing career in sport having Worked on 10 Olympic Games, Paralympic Games, Commonwealth Games, IAAF World Championships and FIFA and Rugby World Cups. Karen is also Chair of More than Equal – A not-for-profit initiative that aims at creating the first female F1 champion
