There are sometimes when we dont pay attention to the things people say ,tell us or post , so this session is going to be on taking extra note to all the possible signs out there , every single thing and being aware of the people who reach out to us for help maybe through their words , songs , poems, drawings and all the rest and being there to help then in return and checking up on them , remember the little steps matter
