People are best equipped to apply what you want to teach them if they have a context for what you are trying to explain. The partnership between a leader and their followers depends not on the information given, but the trust people have for their leader. We set lofty goals; but are we truly making inroads? Or are people just agreeing with us for the sake of unity?
