For our second episode of Season 2.0, we conducted an amazing interview at the Technopark with Laurent Meyer, the dean and co-founder of Propulsion Academy! The idea behind this academy is to arm people with the skills to become software developers and data scientists in just 12 weeks.
Ever since he was a child, Laurent has been involved in IT and entrepreneurship. His previous experiences in business development, technology and online marketing have led him to where he is today. His passion is to educate the world in the most advanced internet technologies, helping to to fill the enormous demand for experts that will only increase in the coming decades.
The team behind Propulsion Academy wants to give Switzerland the software developers it needs to grow into an important technological hub within Europe and the rest of the world. By giving their students the best tools and knowledge, Propulsion Academy allows everyone to reach their full potential and bring their personal contribution to the Swiss economy.
