Shiti Rastogi Manghani is the Chief Operating Officer at Find Satoshi Labs, best known for its hugely successful move-to-earn product STEPN which rewards users for movement.

She’s originally an electronics engineer, she’s worked at PepsiCo, she also has an MBA in marketing and she’s run her own business - becoming a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year in Microsoft’s Diversity in Tech awards in 2021.

Shiti is passionate about Web3 and its applications, but she is realistic about what needs to change in many Web3 products.
