Maureen Ross Gem, clean and sober since 1985, is a leadership trainer, coach and podcast host who loves to help people step into their full potential at work and in life. She loves playing with her 4 grandchildren and loves riding motorcycles. But not at the same time.

Meet Maureen

Maureen Ross Gemme is an ex-corporate girl, motorcycle adventurer, speaker, coach, leadership trainer and grandmother who is also an alcoholic and drug addict in Recovery since 1985.

She left  corporate after 30 years and, after 2 years of life coaching, created Emerge Leadership Academy, LLC in 2015. She travels across New England for her training classes for leaders from all kinds of industries (manufacturing, banking, retail, hospitality, healthcare, corporate and government) and at conferences.

Maureen is the author of Emerge: 7 Steps to Transformation (No matter what life throws at you!)

She has  learned  that the world is CRAVING better leaders!

When the Pandemic hit, she began doing her training classes online and took the opportunity of extra time on her hands to create an online digital course called Recovery@Work. It’s a program for people who are ready to step up in their careers and create happier lives. You can take it on your own or be coached by her in the VIP program.

Her podcast, Emerge. Evolve. Lead., is about how people in recovery who have “done their inner work” make inspiring leaders.
