So this was hard, going back through and reacting to an article published about my Dad's suicide. 

If I'm honest, I completely forgot about it until recently we were looking through things for some content for a documentary. Isaac hit record on the camera, as I looked back and went through the article and the comments. Including a comment, from me. The 18 year old me. 

This was hard, but I'm hoping my honesty helps in this episode.

Also, I'm hoping that it shows that even when tragedy hits. When you're dealing with adversity. You can get through it, and things can get better.
