In this episode I spoke about how we in reacting to pain could be doing more damage than good to our relationships . Not that our pain isn’t valid or justified but in order to heal and find peace it’s important not to become something you are not and end up the “bad guy” just because you were defending yourself . How we communicate when we are right or wrong matters amd or doesn’t make you any weaker or your partner any stronger . It is very key to be mindful or utterances as this also affects the engergy you let in and the one you keep in instead of letting out .
