Changing what needs to be changed and not being afraid to let go of being comfortable or what we are use to. Just because I think it doesn't mean I should say it. Know how to read the room and adapt to where you are. You don't have change who you are to please people but sometimes you're normal personality may not work with everyone so it's ok to just listen and learn or just accept that that isn't your crowd.
