I discuss some ideas in nassim taleb book "Antifragile". I focus on how we live in a world of systems and institutions being overly efficient, but not robust to shocks. This has caused me to realize we should all be more prepared for greater shocks to the system as things become more efficient, and companies and institutions become bigger.
