เรื่องกา crow story

กาเป็นนกชนิดหนึ่ง

A crow is a type of bird

เราคนไทยเรียกมันว่ากา

We Thai people call it crow ( Ga )

เพราะว่ามันร้อง "กา กา"

because it sings   "Ka  ka"

กามีสีดำ ตาและปากของมันก็ดำด้วย

The crow is black   Its eyes and mouth are also black

ตัวของมันไม่โตนัก

Its body is not big

แต่โตกว่านกพิราบนิดหน่อย

but a little bigger than a dove

มันชอบตื่นขึ้นในเวลาเช้า

It likes to wake up in the morning.

เมื่อมันจะไปหาอาหาร

When it goes to find food,

มันเรียกเพื่อนๆ ของมันไปด้วย

it calls its friends

และเมื่อมันพบอาหารมันก็เรียกเพื่อนของมันให้มากิน

and when it finds food,  it calls its friends to eat it.

มันชอบกินข้าวสุกและหนอนที่อยู่ตามต้นไม้

It likes to eat cooked rice and the worms that live in the trees

ในเมืองไทยมีกามาก

In Thailand there are a lot of crows

เราจะเห็นมันทำรังอยู่บนยอดไม้

We can see it nesting. On top of a tree,

คนไม่เลี้ยงกาไว้ตามบ้าน

people don't keep crows in their homes

เพราะว่ามันเป็นนกที่เลี้ยงไม่เชื่อง

because they are domesticated birds.
