Today we find ourselves on the last day of December!
But we are NOT going to be like other people!
We are NOT going to make lame New Year’s Resolutions!
Instead we are going to pick THREE things that we REALLY want to accomplish during this next year.
And our STARTING date begins TOMORROW!
Now don’t just pick ANY 3 things… No!
I want you to pick 3 things that YOU really want to accomplish.
These are not WISHES, okay? I only want you to pick things you TRULY WANT to accomplish this year!
Okay?
Now … once you have these three goals in mind, I want you to write them down, so you don’t forget them.
Now we are going to start breaking these goals down. You could do these for the entire year, but that would be a little much right now, since we are on the last day of December, so I want to get you started quickly!
And how we're going to do that is this…
I want you to choose three things that you will accomplish in January that will support each of the three goals you've selected for the year. You follow me? So just look at these as subgoals that will support your three main goals for the year. Okay?
Next, chose three weekly goals that you will accomplish starting with the first week of January. These three will support the three you selected for month of January.
Now, choose three daily goals you will accomplish for each day during the first week of January. This will get you started. However, you will have to catch up and do the same for the remaining weeks and days in January in order to complete your goal planning the month.
You will do this process for every month in the year. As you pick up momentum day by day, week by week, month by month, hitting your goals, you’ll start to GET EXCITED!
Why?
Because you will see yourself getting closer and closer to your goals. You will soon see that this is much different than any New Year’s resolution,
… because THIS method has a PLAN to actually accomplish what you want!
SO GET EXCITED!
And get busy working on your GOALS!
