Hi Y'all!
If you think self quarantine from the coronavirus is going to stop the Healthy Kids Running Series (HKRS) you be wrong! Our guest today is the Round Rock HKRS coordinator, Jen Henderson. With her husband Clint, they work hard for their two children and numerous others young ones to inspire them to be healthy and active. This interview was record at the end of February in prep for their up-coming season of races. Unfortunately, like everything else, adjustments had to be made. In the pre-interview introduction, Jen explains how they are able to continue on with the much needed races to burn off the extra energy from self-quarantine while practicing social distancing.
