Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, died on September 18. Trump expects to nominate her successor on Saturday. Ginsburg is widely known for redefining God-given freedom as government license.

The Supreme Court’s role is designed to safeguard the citizen’s God-given, Constitutional rights from legislative encroachment. Ginsburg was a controversial figure precisely because many of her legal positions intentionally invaded those rights, like life, with the fabrication of new liberties, like abortion. On the battlefield of inalienable rights, the opinion of many is that Ginsburg often fought for government.

Replacing Ginsburg on the bench is contentious because it represents a battle for liberty, carrying the real risk of morphing a once noble and free people into a weak slave state.
