Greg was born in Yuba City, CA, and is an only child. At his school age, he moved to Ohio and went from receiving validation for getting into trouble to getting validation for being a great athlete.
He shares the story of the rise and fall of his business, gym, and relationship. He created Elite Fitness in Sacramento and recognized the parallels of his life with the kids he trained. They looked up to him as a father figure. Greg eventually took a turn in his life and headed downhill. He got a divorce, closed Elite Fitness, and moved to San Diego.
Now, Greg is the CEO, Co-Founder, and Director of Performance of One Family Athletics. Their purpose is to develop student-athletes and professionals at the highest level. They create training environments that enhance each athlete’s ability and give athletes life skills that will give them success on and off the field.
He emphasizes how important it is for parents to show up for their children, to give them validation by coming to their events and showing love.
