After many requests from listeners to see inside our office, we take you on a quick tour of the TTM Development Company headquarters. As you will see, we actually have an office and operate like a real business. This will show you our office layout and the work space for each person on our team. You will find that this is a full time job for us and we work more than just a few hours a week at this business. We do anywhere between 40-50 deals a year, that includes Wholesales, Rehabs and New Construction, which requires a competent and qualified team to support it. Keep in mind, real estate is a team sport if you're going to be flipping a large number of homes each year.
