About Jeff Higgins:

Jeff Higgins is a 43 year old real estate investor with 18 years in the industry and 150+ deals done in his personal portfolio.
He currently owns and self-manages a portfolio of 90 rental units (55 in MA, 35 in FL) and is a licensed real estate broker in both Massachusetts and Florida.

Jeff concentrates much of his time on the work he does with the Fraternity of Excellence, a private men's improvement community with 160 members currently. FoE helps men improve their parenting, marriages, fitness, personal finance, investing and living a life of Excellence.
 

Jeff lives in Sarasota, Fl is married to Rochele and has a son Owen (14) and a daughter Juliana (9).
 

Jeff is passionate about coaching youth sports serving as a head coach on his children's teams for the past 8 seasons.
