If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. That’s a lesson that Greg Simpson learned first hand after investing in numerous real estate seminars.  After meeting his wife, Greg realized his first business as a pool boy wasn’t going to be enough to support a family.  Catching an infomercial at 3 am, Greg was convinced that flipping houses was the answer.  After his dad invested a small fortune into these seminars, Greg learned very little, but was fortunate enough to meet a true mentor.  

 

Going forward, Greg learned a lot about flipping houses and selling wholesale.  He didn’t want others to go through what he did to gain that knowledge, and so he started his own real estate investing course.  He’s now fixed and flipped over 100 houses and has just launched his own full service mortgage company.  Furthermore, he’s aware of all the uncertainties in today’s market, and is offering sound advice on riding this wave.
