Articles like these have led to many misconceptions about the Real Estate industry which are generally accepted as true, even though they’re mostly false. Today we’ll do some Real Estate Myth Busting by looking at the most common one...that all Realtors are Rich.

While it’s true that a select few in most cities are earning a great income, what you probably didn’t know is that the average annual salary for realtors in Canada is about 62,000/year.

And you probably didn’t realize that the majoriyt of Realtors only close 1 - 3 home sales per year, and usually need to work other part time jobs to keep themselves afloat.

The fact is, Real Estate isn’t any different than other industries when it comes to wealth...conscientious and hard working people who deliver results over a long period of time are the ones who succeed.
