When I consider standard practices 35 years ago when I entered the real estate industry versus today's best practices, it's pretty mind-blowing. At that time, we agents assessed properties on behalf of our clients. Based on one tiny black-and-white thumbnail exterior image and a brief description, in a book that looked much like the yellow pages and was to remain in our possession exclusively. Now, people can access 30 high-resolution photos, full online home tours, and google earth imaging that is current and accessible to the minute. This is just one of the little changes in the industry.
