Tommy's are synonymous when you think of real estate in Wellington, New Zealand. They have over a 40% market share of the city. However, they have on recently launched their Property Management division in February 2017. Not many people expected two young lads at 21 years old to succeed, but 18 months into the adventure they have seen phenomenal growth and now have a team of four. David Faulkner catches up with their young Business Development Manager Jack Vale to talk about how they did it, what lessons they have learnt and what to expect in the future.
