In Galatians 5:22–23, kindness reflects how believers mirror God’s compassion toward others. It stems from understanding the depth of God’s grace toward us — “while we were still sinners.” True kindness goes beyond emotion; it acts, restores, and uplifts. When we walk in the Spirit, kindness becomes natural, not forced, because it flows from the nature of Christ living within us.
