Chidi leans on the residential side with duplexes etc., while Victor transitioned from residential real estate to commercial (office buildings/retail). Chidi also has a day job as a mortgage underwriter, while Victor is a Realtor, Broker, owns a Mortgage Company, amongst other sub-business within the real estate industry.
