Happy holidays folks, many have wondered where I've been, well here it is.

Employers getting on your nerves, wonder why the ones that do less get praised, let's talk about it.

So I need to sit here and put into perspective these "new age men" vs the old school men, we ain't built the same and it's time to reverse this downward spiral.

Decided to add additional content, everything I do, everything I observe from myself and others, this is why I do these, to teach and uplift not only others but myself as well.

In lieu of the tragedy of the shooting at the graduation that captured national media attention and personal experiences dealing with my son and niece, I had to put my thoughts and feelings out there.

Severe randomness that I think up, that I speak about, that nobody truly pays attention to until myself or another speaks upon it. I just call a spade a spade and tell it like it is.
