In this episode I have a great conversation with the phenomenal LaDosha Wright who is a cosmetologist, author, Entrepreneur, mentor and she started the first of it's kind cosmetology library in Senegambia, Africa! We're talking about everything from how she grew up in household surrounded by literacy, and how through her experiences as an outreach worker and a cosmetology salon owner,  she has been able to help Black children and adults cleverly realize the value of reading  and how, that helped them to change their mindset from I hate reading,  to,  I didn't realize I was reading all along and now I want to read more.
