Since 2008 Victor Bell has had a passion for the youth and young adults of the millennial generation. Victor attended Duquesne University, where he also played football. In 2008 Victor graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing, but he has embraced being a professional educator since 2008 because of his passion for the millennial generation, in several public charter schools in Washington DC. As a Dean of students, during his tenure in education, Victor has comprehensively worked with youth and young adults.
