Processes are what make your business sustainable and scalable, so embrace them! Yes, it can be difficult, but the long-term payoff is well worth it!
Communicate
Communication, communication, communication – you must excel at communication with your team, your vendors, your customers, etc. If you wish to succeed, you must communicate well.
Love What You Do
If you don’t love what you do, what’s the point? If you don’t love what you do, you’re in the wrong business. If, however, you truly love what you do, nothing will stop you and you will find a way to win!
